Mr. Navarro is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Advanced IT Concepts (AITC). He joined AITC in March 2024 and leads the company’s strategy, operations, and delivery of IT, cyber, and systems integration solutions for government and defense clients. AITC provides end-to-end technology and training solutions across the U.S. Department of Defense and federal government, with operations spanning more than fifteen states, thirty locations, and international efforts in Germany, Belgium, Korea, Honduras, and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Navarro brings more than three decades of leadership experience in technology and defense industries. From 2022 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of HDT Global, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of highly engineered expeditionary products, robotics, and integrated solutions for defense, industrial, and commercial customers. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Domo Tactical Communications (2017–2021), where he guided the company through a successful exit to Codan Communications in November 2021.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Navarro served as President of Chemring North America (2013–2016) and President of NIITEK, Inc. / Chemring Sensors & Electronics (2006–2013), overseeing growth in advanced ground-penetrating radar and sensing solutions for defense applications. He also held senior leadership roles as CEO/COO of SER (2001–2006), Director of Systems Consulting at Tumbleweed Communications (2000–2001), and Solutions Manager at Xerox (1988–2000).

Mr. Navarro holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
