Mr. Bielat brings over two decades of leadership experience across defense, technology, and public service. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Oscar Mike Venture Partners, an early-stage European defense technology fund, and serves as an Executive Partner at Wincove Private Holdings. He is also Executive Chairman of USBid, Inc. and a board member of Adaptec Solutions, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Bielat was the CEO of Greengrid, Inc., Executive Chairman of Rhino Tool House, and Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Robotics, the world’s leading ground robotics company for defense applications, which he spun out of iRobot and sold to FLIR Systems. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of One Click Politics and began his career at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Bielat served for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Reserve, attaining the rank of Major, with billets including Intelligence Officer and Reserve Faculty at the National Intelligence University. He has also been active in public service and civic leadership as a two-time candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s Henry Crown Fellowship.

Mr. Bielat holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University, an M.P.P. in International Security and Political Economy from Harvard Kennedy School, and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
