Ms. Dottino is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. Her expertise includes M&A, equity capital markets, valuation, corporate divestitures, and special situations.

Prior to joining 3Wire, Ms. Dottino was a member of Jefferies’ Investment Banking practice, where she advised on transactions across the Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. Ms. Dottino also has experience at Barclays’ Investment Bank, where she supported and advised the origination, structuring, and execution of various deals on the Alternative Capital Solutions team.

She began her career in Private Wealth Management at Neuberger Berman, a private investment management firm.

Ms. Dottino holds an M.S. in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.
