Mr. Kim is a Director at 3Wire, advising public and private clients in the aerospace, defense, and government sectors on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and equity and debt capital raises.

Prior to joining 3Wire, he was a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, advising clients within the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. He previously held roles with Lazard’s Shareholder Advisory practice, advising clients on shareholder activism, unsolicited takeovers, and key governance matters, as well as with Loews Corporation, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities for the company and its subsidiaries.

He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Global Chemicals Group.

Mr. Kim earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
