Mr. Lodge is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. His experience spans M&A advisory, growth equity investing, and strategy consulting, with a focus on the aerospace, defense, and government sectors.

Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. Lodge was a member of the merchant banking team at The Chertoff Group and MC2 Security Fund, where he advised on M&A transactions and evaluated growth equity investments across the defense, government, and security markets. He began his career at Renaissance Strategic Advisors, advising aerospace and defense companies and investors on corporate strategy and M&A due diligence.

Mr. Lodge holds a B.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, with minors in Economics and History. He was also a four-year member of the Johns Hopkins football team.
