Mr. Dunn is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. His expertise includes M&A, corporate divestitures, and valuation.

Prior to joining 3Wire full-time, Mr. Dunn was a Summer Analyst at 3Wire Partners. He also held internships with Spruce Legacy Partners and NTC Group, where he gained experience in private equity investing across the aerospace and defense sector.

Mr. Dunn holds a B.S. in Finance, with a minor in Art History, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
