Mr. Palazzo is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and equity and debt capital raises.

Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. Palazzo was a Private Equity Associate and founding member at Axle Point Capital, where he evaluated and executed investment opportunities across aerospace, defense, government services, and advanced manufacturing. Mr. Palazzo began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications group at Wells Fargo Securities in New York City.

Mr. Palazzo holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
