Ms. Antenucci is the Founder and Managing Partner of 3Wire. With three decades of experience in investment banking, Ms. Antenucci has amassed expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, and financing. She has collaborated with a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 and international corporations, start-ups, innovators, private equity groups, and family offices. Her M&A clients have included the world’s largest aerospace and defense companies, such as General Dynamics, L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, and TransDigm, and the most accomplished industry investors, such as AE Industrial, Carlyle, J.F. Lehman, Huntsman Family Investments, and Veritas Capital.
Prior to founding 3Wire, Ms. Antenucci spent 20 years at Houlihan Lokey, where she built and led the Aerospace, Defense, and Government practice, along with starting the firm’s Business Services and Transportation practices. She was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Board of Directors through its IPO in August 2015. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Antenucci was a founding member and Co-President of Quarterdeck Investment Partners (later Jefferies Quarterdeck), a boutique M&A merchant banking firm in ADG industries.
Ms. Antenucci received an M.A. in Strategic Studies from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University, and she has studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques. In addition to being a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, she is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Shakespeare Theatre Company, a Director at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) and the Conservation Innovation Fund, and a Life Director at the Space Foundation. Ms. Antenucci is also a Board Member of TSE-listed AirBoss of America Corp.
Mr. Ball is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. His expertise includes M&A, corporate divestitures, and valuation.
Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. Ball was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s investment banking practice, where he advised Aerospace, Defense, and Government clients on financial and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to Houlihan, Mr. Ball worked for Stepstone, a private equity firm, where he conducted diligence on potential investment opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Ball has experience with Bucknell’s Student Managed Investment Fund, where he was part of a group that managed more than two million dollars of Bucknell University’s endowment.
Mr. Ball holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics from Bucknell University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Mr. Bonanni is a Director at 3Wire with expertise in M&A, corporate strategy, equity capital markets, and debt financings for both public and private clients in the A&D sector.
Prior to 3Wire, Mr. Bonanni was an Executive Director in the Industrials group at Moelis & Company, where he advised on a wide array of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, corporate advisory, and capital markets. In this role, Mr. Bonanni advised on public and private sell-side, buy-side, debt and equity capital raises, and restructuring transactions with a focus on the A&D and chemicals sectors. Mr. Bonanni also previously worked at Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services group, providing M&A advice to government services clients. Mr. Bonanni started his career at Lockheed Martin in various operational and strategy roles and is a graduate of the company’s Operations Leadership Development Program.
Mr. Bonanni received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and dual B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Integrated Business and Engineering from Lehigh University. He has also been an FAA-certified Private Pilot since 2010.
Ms. Hamilton is the Chief Administrative Officer of 3Wire. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Previously, Ms. Hamilton was the Office Manager of Houlihan Lokey’s Washington, D.C. Office, overseeing a staff of 30 bankers and administrative personnel. Prior to her administrative roles in investment banking, Ms. Hamilton served a distinguished 28-year career in the United States Navy, retiring as a Yeoman Senior Chief in 2010. During her tenure, she supported the flag officer who led Carrier Group Eight during combat operations in the North Arabian Gulf immediately following 2001’s 9/11 attacks.
Ms. Hamilton holds a B.S. from Fort Hays State University with an emphasis on Sociology.
Ms. O’Connell is a Managing Director at 3Wire with expertise in M&A, fundraising, strategic and financial planning, investor relations, and corporate governance. Additionally, she currently serves as a senior advisor to private equity in the intelligence and defense sectors.
Most recently, Ms. O’Connell was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations at the endpoint security company Endgame, where she led corporate development, planning, and recruiting activities. Prior to Endgame, Joann spent five years as the Vice President of Strategic Development and Investor Relations for ATS Corporation, a publicly traded government IT services company. Prior to her operational roles, Ms. O’Connell was a senior investment professional leading investments for Paladin Capital Group's $1 billion+ fund focused on the national security sector. Earlier in her career, she worked at both UBS and Jefferies Quarterdeck, primarily advising on M&A in the aerospace, defense, and government sectors.
Ms. O’Connell received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
Mr. O’Neil is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. His expertise includes M&A, corporate divestitures, and special situations.
Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. O’Neil was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s investment banking practice, where he advised on transactions across the aerospace, defense, and government sectors. Mr. O’Neil also has experience at SkyWorks Capital, where he advised investors in the aerospace sector and airlines on fleet strategy, aircraft acquisitions, and financial restructurings. He began his career at Tropic Ocean Airways, the largest commercial amphibious airline in the world, serving in a variety of finance and logistics roles.
Mr. O’Neil holds a B.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, and Quantitative Sciences from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He has also been an FAA-certified Private Pilot since 2017.
Mr. Walker is a member of 3Wire’s investment team. He assists in financial advisory, valuation, and market research.
Prior to joining 3Wire, Mr. Walker worked for Eastdil Secured. There he assisted in the sale of commercial real estate assets by performing both financial valuations and market analyses. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Walker began his career in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Walker holds a B.S. in Finance from the Farrell Business School at Wake Forest University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
